Can I customise my shirt?
Answer: Yes, absolutely – that’s the best part! You can customise all aspects of your shirt including the fabric, collar style, cuff type, button colour and stitching colour.

Answer: Yes, we ship all over the world for a fixed price of £20 ($25) regardless of country or number of shirts ordered.
How long does it take to receive my shirt?
Answer: Once your order is placed, your hand-made shirt will be delivered to you in just 3 weeks.
What if my shirt doesn’t fit properly?
Answer: We offer a Perfect Fit guarantee. Get in touch with the support team, and we’ll make the necessary alterations free of charge or remake the shirt if necessary.
What is the return policy for custom shirts?
Answer: Due to the custom nature of our shirts, we cannot offer returns. However, our Perfect Fit guarantee means we will work with you to adjust or remake your shirt to ensure it meets your expectations.

How do I care for my custom shirt?
Answer: To maximise the life of your shirt follow these tips:
- Wash at 30 degrees Celsius (86 Fahrenheit).
- Line dry (do not tumble dry).
- Iron when slightly damp.
- Leave to air (fully dry out) for an hour after ironing before hanging in wardrobe.
- Use wooden, never wire, hangers.
- Don’t wear the same shirt 2 days running
